Dr. Ngozi N. Ikekpeazu’s story is one of courage, purpose, and the life-changing power ofeducation. Born and raised in Nigeria, she understood early on that access to knowledge cantransform not only individual lives, but entire communities. She earned her Bachelor ofScience in Microbiology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka—an achievement thatmarked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to service and impact.

After relocating to the United States, Dr. Ikekpeazu continued her journey with determination, earning both her Master’s degree and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Quinnipiac University. Today, as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13years of healthcare experience, she provides compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric populations—ensuring that every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and a voice in their care.

Yet her vision extends far beyond the walls of the clinic.

Dr. Ikekpeazu is deeply committed to expanding educational opportunities for underserved communities, particularly in Nigeria. She believes that education is the most powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty, unlocking potential, and building future leaders. Through her work, she seeks to create pathways for students who, like her younger self, have the talent and drive—but lack access to resources.

Her leadership experience and work as an independent healthcare consultant have further strengthened her ability to design impactful, sustainable initiatives that improve lives at both individual and community levels.

Dr. Ikekpeazu’s journey is not just a personal success story—it is a call to action. Through this foundation, she invites partners, donors, and supporters to join in a shared mission: to invest in education, empower the next generation, and create lasting change.

Together, we can turn opportunity into reality—and hope into a future without limits.
